Great service from all staff at city ford Alexandria. The technical and mechanical staff treat the vehicle as their own. I have been a customer since 2007. They are now looking after my second utility since then and their service is meticulous. The administration staff have many different vehicles and just as many different customers, each with their own personalities and they do a great job in dealing with the many issues and requests made by each vehicle and owner. Well done to staff and entire team at city ford Alexandria.

After a month waiting for a reply from Heartland Ford I decided to connect with City Ford who fix my windscreen recalibration. I decided to get my service done early and have now put City Ford as my preferred service and dealer. I’m a very busy business woman and love my Ranger and know so many women now who have elected to drive a Ranger. My wife and I came in today to check out the Mustangs since we've never seen one up close and to get an idea if it would fit in our garage. Matthew did a good job of explaining all the features to us, so much so that we're now considering the Mustang for our next car. He was easy to talk to and we liked that he was very enthusiastic when showing us the car. Not pushy at all and it felt like we were chatting with a friend instead of a salesperson who was trying to get us to buy a car. Definitely ask for Matthew if you're looking to buy a Ford. Great service and very personable. I was going to take my car to a private garage as I thought it may save money. However, City Ford only advised work that was actually 100% needed and told me what I could deter for another time (which ultimately saved me money where a private garage would have advised all the work be completed at the same time). Couldn’t be more helpful

Well I can't say enough great things about the service provided here. They went above and beyond to help with an aircon issue I had with my 2016 Mustang which was actually out of the warranty period. It was so simple booked it online and took it in for the service which was great John Cummins explained what he is going to do and explains how much it will cost before they did anything.. john the kept me updated through text messages.. which was so helpful When I came to pick up the car they also cleaned the outside and inside of the car..I would be definitely coming back thank you !

I have experienced professional service at this establishment. Prior to my recent visit for an ongoing issue with my Ford with the Eco stop start function. I received poor service from the Ford dealer that was not interested in after sales service in the Sutherland shire. They insisted it was repaired on the last visit which it had not despite them having the car for a protracted period of time. For further investigation it would be almost $200.00 an hour for the diagnostic investigation then another $55.00 a day for a loan car. The City Ford dealership had my car for two days and it appears they have located the fault and repaired same. However, if that proves not to be the case I have been advised I can return the vehicle for further investigation, despite the fact that I did not purchase my vehicle from City Ford I purchased it in the Sutherland shire. I recommend City Ford if you require professional service, a realistic approach and technicians who listen to what your issues are. I am at the point that I would not consider purchasing another Ford or recommending a Ford to others, although City Ford has gone a long way to altering my previous poor attitude to the entire fleet.
